As a Line Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily packaging line activities, ensuring materials flow consistently, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in alignment with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This hands-on position requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

· Line Worker levels and compensation are determined by successfully completing and verifying levels in the Line Worker Skill Level plan
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Team Leader in packaging line operations to ensure consistent product flow and safety.
- Follow all safety, gowning, and housekeeping requirements.
- Support smooth line operations by supplying materials, changing tape rolls, and hand placing containers, closures, or cartons as needed.
- Perform quality checks, including label presence, placement, and code accuracy.
- Conduct in-line inspections for cosmetic and aesthetic product defects.
- Assist with cleaning and purging of machinery at the end of campaigns.
- Build pallet patterns, operate pallet jacks (with company certification), and safely move materials.
- Maintain GMP standards, cleanliness, and proper use of waste bins throughout operations.
- Communicate equipment or quality concerns promptly to the Team Leader.
- Complete all other assigned tasks to ensure efficient production flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
- Ability to follow directions, ask questions, and adapt to changing assignments.
- Understanding of machine operations with the ability to identify and report issues.
- Strong attention to detail to detect defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Reliable, safety-minded team player able to stay composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Visual acuity to read batch codes and identify small product defects.
- Manual dexterity to keep pace with high-speed production lines.
- Strength to lift, push, and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel on concrete floors for full shift periods.
- Hearing ability to detect speech and alarms through plant noise.
- Peripheral vision and color recognition for inspections.
- Capability to safely move within the facility and perform repetitive tasks.
