Security Clearance Requirement: Current and Active DoD Clearance
Salary Range: $137,000 to $171,000

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support upcoming Department of Defense (DoD) network modernization and C5ISRT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience leading complex software integration and mission system programs within expeditionary or shore-based environments.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program execution for defense technology initiatives.
- Oversee software integration, development, and deployment for mission systems and advanced communications platforms.
- Manage project portfolios within virtualized architectures supporting both shore and field operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance C4I and tactical communication capabilities.
- Ensure technical, cost, and schedule objectives are met throughout all program phases.
Qualifications (MUST HAVES)
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, or related IT field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience managing complex defense software or systems integration programs.
- Proven background in portfolio management, software lifecycle management, and deployable communications.
- Experience overseeing deployable command and control systems, tactical communications architectures, or virtualized mission networks.
- Experience with Navy expeditionary platforms, Tactical Shore Platforms, or C4I systems is a MUST
- Linux+ certification required.
- Active Top Secret clearance, or eligibility to obtain one.
