 @Orchard is supporting a growing Federal contract with proven capabilities in cybersecurity. We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Analyst to be proposed as a bid-as-key for a new project supporting the Navy. This role will be based out of Dahlgren, VA and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and life-cycle of complex systems, including integrating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices. As the Senior Systems Analyst you will: 

• Provide expertise and support for design, deployment, and operation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities along with associated processes, hardware, and software assets.
• Provide support for integrating, enabling, and employing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, developers, operations and security personnel to build enterprise architecture for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines.
• Provide expertise and support for documenting, optimizing, automating business and IT processes and integrating them with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.
• Design, implement, and support Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for IT operations to provide capabilities such as but not limited to analyzing large amounts of data from different sources, detecting and resolve issues in real-time, and predicting and preventing future incidents before they occur.

Qualifications: 

• Six (6) years professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
• Qualified experience in DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect.
• Lead systems analyst / network engineer who can also program, or a software engineer who can also manage networks. 
• IAT Level III certification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline preferred
• Active Secret clearance
