Program Manager – Asset Sales for Housing

@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager with subject matter expertise in the full lifecycle of housing asset sales to support HUD as they seek to sell single-family homes and multifamily units that have come into default.

As the Program Manager, you will lead a talented team of professionals in support of HUD’s goal to bring housing units to market rapidly and have a positive impact on the availability crisis within the overall housing market. You will be responsible for.

·       Providing oversight of market analysis and due diligence for potential asset sales

• Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, seminars, and webinars for stakeholders
• Lead and provide support for pre- and post-sales day activities
• Provide the strategic coordination of multiple projects/workstreams, focusing on synergies, resource optimization, and aligning project outcomes with core missions/objectives

Your background will demonstrate the following key experiences.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the housing asset sales cycle and loan programs for Single Family, Home Equity Conversion Mortgages, and Multifamily/Healthcare loans.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the performance of loan valuation and foreclosure analysis, asset market valuation, and market pricing.
• Significant experience managing complex programs within a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
