What You’ll Do:

  • ·       Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and cash improvement initiatives across the organization’s indirect spending.
  • ·       Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy supporting manufacturing and packaging operations, facilities, professional services, marketing, IT, HR, MRO, and capital goods.
  • ·       Partner closely with internal stakeholders to manage the full indirect sourcing lifecycle, including RFP, RFI, and RFQ development, evaluation, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and continuity of supply.
  • ·       Develop and implement supplier management strategies using scorecards, performance metrics, and best-practice sourcing methodologies.
  • ·       Identify and execute alternative sourcing strategies to reduce cost, mitigate risk, and improve supply resilience.
  • ·       Optimize working capital by negotiating vendor payment terms and managing inventory levels in line with business targets.

  • Institute process‑disciplined procurement culture—codify policies/SOPs, close control gaps, and drive adoption through training and change management.
  • ·       Verify invoices against purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement, pricing, and contract documentation.
