Marketing, Sourcing & Advertising Team Leader

Summary

V-Tech Solutions is seeking a driven Marketing, Sourcing & Advertising Team Leader to
lead recruitment marketing and talent sourcing efforts. This role manages campaigns and a team
to attract top talent and support company growth.

Responsibilities

    Lead and manage a team responsible for marketing, sourcing, and advertising efforts
    Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies
    Oversee job posting distribution across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
    Drive sourcing efforts through proactive outreach and networking
    Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for ROI
    Collaborate with HR, Account Management, and Operations teams
    Track and report key metrics (applications, leads, conversions, engagement)
    Train, mentor, and coach team members
    Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards

Qualifications

   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, HR, or related field
   3+ years of experience in marketing, recruiting, sourcing, or advertising
   Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
   Experience with ATS/CRM systems and job boards
   Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing platforms
