Agrana Fruit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Customer Service activities for the order to cash process. Other responsibilities to include: Order Processing, Manage & communicate customer inventories, Forecasting and production follow up, Master data maintenance, Participate on customer team(s), Customer trials, Dump Bill to Customer Process, Tote Return Process & Sample Billings.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to identify priorities and meet deadlines
- Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities/experience
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or 2+ years’ work experience in a B2B environment
- SAP or similar ERP experience a plus
- Must be proficient in data entry and working within a database
