@Orchard LLC is seeking a Contract Intelligence Community Recruiter with solid recruiting and sourcing experience in the Polygraph cleared IT space for a 1099 contract with one of our clients.

About You:
You are a talented, recruiter looking for a place to shine.  You know what it takes to hire top talent through various recruitment strategies, including networking, database searches, contact lists, internet databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through cold calling and complex internet research and searches, and you know how to identify and attract poly cleared individuals to work in the IC. You enjoy developing strong relationships with your clients because you are passionate about helping them find their future rock star employees.  You have a track record of success through your experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

 
What You Will Do:

• Source, screen and refer qualified technical, highly cleared professionals for active projects and/or proposal management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment tools (job boards, networking sites, databases, search engines, direct sourcing, complex internet searches, and social media platforms).
• Take on and manage a requisition load and hit the ground running building the funnel of candidates to start interviewing for open positions and building pipelines for proposals.
• Perform administrative recruiting functions related to candidate and position tracking in an applicant tracking system.

Your Experience will include:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with the bulk of time spent in federal recruiting for the intelligence community and highly cleared talent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of technology positions to include developers and engineers, data scientists, data architects, and AI/ML engineers.
• Prior experience supporting high volume recruiting.
• Solid proficiency using a variety of recruitment tools to source candidates, including complex internet searches, campaign and blitz sourcing, social recruiting, job boards, search engines, networking (LinkedIn, professional associations) and direct sourcing.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and adjust easily to shifting focus of sourcing needs based on changing contract/proposal requirements.
• Expert Level experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems, VOIP, and the Internet.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Keen attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP requirements.
