The Sr. Account Supervisor is connected to current and emerging culture. They can translate cultural insights into meaningful experiences for diverse audiences. They stay informed on changing language, lifestyle preferences, and behaviors across different demographics, and can apply those insights in a way that is relevant, authentic, and brand-appropriate.

 

This full-time position, based in New York City, is responsible for supporting the development and execution of experiential events and other promotional activity for a variety of exciting brands nationwide! 

 

This role will report to the SVP, Client Services on the Live Events Group.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Lead day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across experiential and integrated campaigns

·      Bring a strong pulse on pop culture, music, and entertainment to inform creative strategy, talent alignment, and cultural relevance

·      Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs, ensuring alignment across creative, production, and partnerships teams

·      Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring work is delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget

·      Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative, culturally resonant programs (live events, brand activations, talent integrations)

·      Manage and mentor junior account team members, providing guidance on client communication and project execution

·      Identify opportunities for organic growth within accounts, contributing to upsell strategies and new business initiatives

·      Maintain a high standard of client service, anticipating needs and proactively problem-solving in fast-paced environments

·      Develop, plan, and activate consumer experiential marketing programs varying in size and scopefor existing and new clients  

·      Manage related vendors and partners in the development of brand programs   

·      Write and distribute program overviews, activation plans , and any other documents to all stakeholders   

·      Debrief key stakeholders to measure program efficacy and make adjustments as needed   

·      Attend in-person meetings, site checks, and events as needed  

 

What You Bring to the Table:

·      4-6 years of experience in event planning/execution within integrated agency team environments across multiple stakeholders and functions 

·      Experience managing and mentoring direct reports

·      Self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

·      Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks 

·      Sociable, energetic, outgoing personality  

·      Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills 

·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

·      Metro New York-based - be in our NYC office (hybrid schedule)

Pay Range
$80,000.00   Annually to $95,000.00   Annually
