AGRANA Fruit US, Inc. is seeking an experienced human resources professional who bridges the gap between daily HR operations and high-level strategy. Responsible for management of employee relations, training, compensation programs, recruitment, and compliance. 

Core Responsibilities
•    Employee Relations: Investigates workplace grievances, mediates conflicts, and advises on disciplinary actions to resolve issues fairly.
•    Compliance: Ensures all company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws.
•    Compensation: Manage and administer company pay, bonus and salary policies.
•    Talent Management: Assists with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes. 

Position Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or applicable field. 
•    PHR or SPHR certification is a highly preferred. 
•    Considerable knowledge of employment law, recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. 
•    4-6 years’ progressive HR Generalist experience
•    Experience in a Plant HR role in a manufacturing environment highly preferred. 
•    Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as UKG or Workday
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint skillset
•    An ideal candidate will be Bilingual (Spanish)
