Talent Orchard, LLC has been contracted by a top defense firm in their search for a Telecom Engineer II

Responsibilities:
 

Telecom Engineer II. Monitors networks to ensure network availability and performs necessary maintenance and support. Plans, schedules, and conducts equipment installations. Designs and conducts network test and evaluation activities. Performs system-level design and configuration of products. Evaluates new network technologies and makes recommendations regarding integration. Provides subject matter expertise to achieve joint full spectrum network interoperability and integration. Performs data/information management coordination.

Qualifications:
 

Experience with Network Infrastructure Design as it relates to the architecture/topology of software / hardware / networks, including LANS/WANS, PSTN, Cellular, IPT, VPNs, Cloud, their components and associated protocols and standards, and how they integrate. Edu/Exp: HS +11-14 Years, BA/BA 5-10 Years, or MA/MS +3-6 Years. Certs: DoD 8570 IAT Level II; CCNP or equivalent networking certification. TS/SCI required.
